Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Any Product purchased from us can be returned within 6 days of invoice

The Product can only be returned if the seal of the product is not broken. Or if our authorised personnel approves of the return after proper evidence is given regarding the bad quality of the product.

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, it is essential that you contact us via email or call and send us the pictures of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 12 hours of receiving your order.

Orders once placed can not be cancelled . Once the order is dispatched, customer cannot cancel the order. The payment done for the cancelled order will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
